Nihal,
We just did some work labeling lysomes with acridine orange, and HRP-DAB.
Either one worked well for distinguishin the lysomes. The HRp conjugated with
DAB was nice because our experimental conditions produced a flourecent cell
under all wavelengths (488, 568, 647). The HRP-DAB allowed for nice
reflectance images. Hope this helps.
