Hello,
we have some experience in staining fungal nuclei with Hoechst referring to
a protocol from Kangatharalingam and Ferguson (A simple and rapid technique
for fluorescence staining of fungal nuclei, Current Microbiology, Volume 10,
Number 2, 1984, 99-103).
