Thanks Joe,

Very useful info. Was wondering if you have ever tried a
homobifunctional succinimidyl crosslinkers such as DSS or DSSD. I
have found the latter helpful as a pre-fix for microtubules and was
wondering if this might provide some modest wet cell fixation without
compromising GFP fluorescence.
