I have a series of files that are left channel-right channel color
merges generated in COMOS on hte Biorad MRC600. Is there any way to
open these files in NIH-Image (or Photoshop etc.) and retain the
data? The problem is that the original data was not saved- only the
merge. I am not worried about the LUT as I can regenerate that if I
can extract the data. I do not know the actual data structure of the
file (and so far neither does Biorad), but it would seem there must
be a way of extracting the two image files separately from that data.
Thanks- Dave
