Did you already try a new SCSI-cable or -card inside the computer? It looks to me you're having a
problem in communication (or you there's something terribly wrong with your scanhead) between the
head and the pc. It also happened here, and when I reconnected with a new cable, it worked out fine
again, so it was just a bad connection scanhead - computer. Possibly it's your SCSI-card which is
working badly (also happens offen with SCSI-cards). I just hope it's not inside your scanhead!
