Dear Confocal-List members:
Workshop on
Real-time 3D fluorescence microscopy using multifocal multiphoton excitation
Location: T-312 Steinman Hall, City College, CUNY
Time: March 31 – April 2, 2004; 2:00 – 3:30 pm
Workshop/Seminar: Wednesday, March 31, 2004
14:00 TriMScope – Multifocal Multiphoton Microscopy for real-time 3D fluorescence microscopy.
14:40 FLIM: Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy using ultrafast ICCD cameras
Live Demonstrations: March 31 – April 2, 2004, 10 AM – 5 PM
Room C-17 Steinman Hall (Basement C-level)
The TriMScope is based on a patented beamsplitter design that allows an ultrafast pulsed IR laser beam to be split into 64 beamlets arranged in a linear array. These are scanned simultaneously in the focal plane resulting in 64 time higher image rates than those available with the single beam scanning system. This offers the promise of imaging physiological processes at fast speeds (1kHz) in live specimens, non-destructively, deep into the sample, and with high spatial and signal resolution. For more details, please refer to www.tautec.com Click TriMScope.
