Dear List Members,

the discussion on FocalClear and MountClear reminds me that this
issue was already discussed  by  this list a year ago, or more, and
that somebody stated that tissue clearing up to 500 um could equally
well be obtained with some standard reagents. I would appreciate
receiving comments and protocols. Moreover, in your experience, how
much thick a PFA-fixed brain slices can be, to still be  permeable to
antibodies for immunocytochemistry?
