Hello Julia,

AMCA is probably the most widely available blue (~365 nm ex/~440 nm em)
dye for conjugates.  There is also AlexaFluor 350 which is pretty much
equivalent to AMCA spectrally but can be a little brighter depending on
conditions.

Other options around this general range are Pacific Blue, Marina Blue
and AlexaFluor 405.

Dear All
Would you please recommend a good blue fluorophore. Currently I'm using
cascade
blue but it bleaches very quickly compared to e.g. FITC or rhodamine.
