Michael:
I am still able to access the Invitrogen / Molecular Probes resource at:
http://probes.invitrogen.com/resources/spectraviewer/.
Also, there is a comparable (though not quite as convenient) resource available through the Zeiss web site. This is the old Bio-Rad resource. Just click on the link called "Start the Interactive Fluorescence Dye Database" on this page:
http://www.zeiss.de/cellscience.
Good luck!

It appears that Invitrogen has killed the Molecular Probes web site resource.
Does anybody know how to find it within the Invitrogen web site or where
else I could find the spectra of many of the dyes? Specifically, right
now I need to compare Rhodamine Green to Flourescein.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.
