Maybe I am misunderstanding your question, but if you are interested in
SNR why do you need beads? Cannot you just measure SNR for a comparable
signal coming from something larger than a bead?

Dear all,

I appreciate if you help  me to figure out how I can calculate the SNR
from the data that I obtain by imaging the fluorescent beads in
different depths.
