Hello Aryeh,
I'm told by Leica (Singapore) that the LAS AF Lite software cannot be installed on Windows XP 64bit (not sure about other platforms). I had tried and failed which is why i asked them.

I am wondering if anyone on list has run a *second* copy of Leica LAF (not to 
acquire from the confocal, but an offline copy) on 64 bit Windows? It was my 
understanding that 32 bit software runs under the 64 bit version, but one never 
knows.
