Dear Lister,

Does any one ever use this 405nm diode laser to do bleaching (FP protein in
plant cells)? What are the optimal settings of parameters?

I am asking this question since I found that this laser was not working well
any more recently after a few times using near 100% output power, and
wondering if this instability is associated with the usage, or the laser
just reaches to its lifespan. By the way, replacement of this laser will
cost more than $20K (quota from Zeiss, our Zeiss model is Confor2)!

Thanks a lot for any input!

Guosheng
