We are currently looking at Bookit-Lab (http://bookit-lab.com/). They have modules for instrument scheduling, service requests (which can ramp up to a full LIMS system) and electronic lab notebooks.

Dear friends and colleagues,

I like to identify a few facility management systems that are suitable at a University level, to provide access to a shared management system for its many different kind of facilities. The system should of course include options for booking, billing, user statistics, resource statistics, maintenance etc.

I checked previous postings and have on my list so far iLab Solutions and Stratocore (with PPMS), but I hope to get a few more options.

I would also be very grateful for input from other facilities that use such a "facility-generic" management system today, how that work for you. User friendliness, ease of installation and support quality are important factors, as well as how easy it is to create automatic rules/restrictions for booking resources.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions and reviews you may share on/off- list.
