The originating message ID on one of several copies I got
( I deleted several of them, so I can't check the one I got on THIS list )
showed it came from rdt.com, which is another of the many aliases of the
infamous Canter & Seigel:

SEAGULL.RTD.COM 198.102.68.2
ARIZONA.EDU 128.196.128.233, 128.196.128.234
Traceroute shows that seagull.rtd.com's connection is via Sprintlink.
