An Ab to CD2 is probably your best bet because it recognizes both subsets
of T cells but shouldn't activate them (although anti-CD2 blocks certain
cell-to-cell interactions if you're interested in these). Any of the flow
cytometry companies (try Coulter or Becton-Dickonson) should sell an anti
mouse CD2 dierectly labelled with phycoerythrin or rhodamine.
