Dear Colleagues,
May be someone out there can help me: We've a BioRad 1024 UV system
with Lasersharp 1024 version 2.1A. For some reason it refuses to
properly collect sequential Z-series, i.e., with triple labeled
samples, after selecting the appropriate settings for sequential
collection, only one (usually FITC) out of three (+DAPI + Cy3) is
properly saved . Files xxx02.pic, xxx03.pic are also generated, but
contain no image.
Has anyone experienced similar problems ? Any ideas as to how to
solve this problem ?
