Congress is deciding NOW whether to cut Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) and National Institute of Health (NIH) funding—threatening life-saving mental health programs for first-episode psychosis programs & research and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
