Dear Director/Manager,

Scientific Services at The Jackson Laboratory is conducting benchmarking
surveys in an effort to develop an understanding of the current best
practices in operations, management and technical delivery at peer
institutions. The goal is to gather quality data that can be used to assist
us and all survey participants with operational assessment and planning. We
invite you to participate in the Survey by following this link:

All participants will receive compiled results which will be de-identified
before distribution.
