Thanks for heads up. I am responsible for UltraVIEW in PerkinElmer.

None of reported issues should be present in your system. The system clearly
need imediate attention.

I propose that we take this off-line and arrange experienced enginner to
visit your department. If comunity is intersted what went wrong, we can post
service report afterwards.
