See the paper "Sheils, et al; 1996. Actin mediates DNA fiber formation in
chronic inflammatory airway disease and in vitro: actin depolymerization
dissolves DNA bundles.  Am J. Path.148:919-927."   We stained DNA and actin
filaments in CF and chronic bronchitus sputum using YoYo-1 and rhodamine
phalloidin.  As for the other components, I'm  not aware of specific lipid
or glycoprotein dyes.  Good luck.
