Dear List members,

Via this channel, we would like to invite all (soon to be) Huygens users
to our 2-day 'Virtual Huygens Imaging Workshop April 2022'. Times are
convenient for the American continent

Last year Workshops were a huge success with more than a thousand
attendants, so do not miss it this time! For reviews, see
https://svi.nl/trainingandcourses

Dates: Wednesday and Thursday, April 20 + 21, 2022
Times: 11am-3pm EDT, 8am-12noon PDT, 5pm-9pm CEST
Registration fee: NONE
To make full use of the included hands-on, we'll offer a complete
Huygens Suite for 10 days for 10 Euro/USD.
Students can participate in an exam to obtain a certificate.

For program and registration, see https://svi.nl/Huygens-Workshop-Program

Topics that will be discussed:
- Imaging artifacts and their effect on image analysis
- How to identify, measure, and correct these artifacts (crosstalk,
chromatic aberration, drift, hot & cold pixels, bleaching etc.)
- Distill a noise-free PSF for deconvolution and Microscopy Quality Control
- Chromatic aberration: correcting shifts and higher order distortions
- Deconvolve and fuse various (multi-view) light sheet data
- Analyze 2-3D SMLM data with Huygens Localizer
- Tile stitching and vignetting correction
- Why using Huygens true deconvolution for all your images
- Use Huygens via the web, remotely, and Everywhere
- Object quantification/analysis
- Colocalization analysis and its pitfalls

We're looking forward to your registration.

Best,
Vincent
