Dear Marc--
 
DPX is made by Fluka Inc.--their American branch is based in Ronkondoma NY.
 
As far as I know, DPX isn't an anti-fading agent as such.  However, there's
relatively little fading with cy3 and cy5 staining mounted in it.
 
Lemme know if there's anything else I can tell you--
 
As an aside: Nice job on the B-Max!  It's a huge improvement over the old BH-2
based fluorescent illuminator.  Brighter, better filter changer, less chromatic
aberration in the condensor...the engineers covered nearly everything.  Good
work!
