I've had report of a Snowy Owl on Saturday (12/21/13) on U of M Golf Course, Falcon Heights, Ramsey Co. It was arguing with a hawk (Red-tail?). Both flew off.
Midland Hills golf course is nearby, so there's plenty of open area that a Snowy might like for hunting.
