I spotted a Snowy Owl on a lamppost on highway 10 around 3pm today. Sounds like it is the one that had been around Ramsey (the Coburn's is just up the road). It was right at the entrance of  EZ Auto Sale and Service. Address 7751 U.S. 10, Anoka, MN. Looked pretty solid white to me. 

An employee or perhaps the business owner pulled in while I was looking. He said it is there a lot. Nice guy.
