This evening there was a Wilson's Phalarope in a pond on the south side of Headwaters Parkway, just south of Forest Lake.  The pond has crept up onto a field, creating some shorebird habitat.  Tonight, though, the only shorebird I saw was the phalarope.  There has also been a Yellow-headed Blackbird there for the past week.
