Dear Mari:

You should look in Methods of Enzymology vol 307, ed. P. Michael Conn 1999,
This volume is devoted to confocal microscopy. We also have some examples of
tracking specific receptors in living cells that we could show you if it
would be of interest. I will be at the Brigham and Womens Hospital next week
(Thursday -Sat.). Please send an email if you wish to discuss your
application then.

Sincerely yours,

George A. Peeters M.D., M.S.
