What is the best way to seal glass coverslips to plastic slides. The cells
that I will examine must grow on plastic. I have tried nail polish but it
seems to slightly dissolve the plastic. Therefore, I don't get a good seal
with the glass coverslip. I want to preserve the slides as long as
possible. The cells will be fixed and fluorescent so I want an adhesive
that will not affect or contribute to the fluorescence. All suggestions are
appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Steve
