Hi

I am a graduate student in chemical engineering at the
Unviersity of Toronto. My project is on "Study of
diffusion of substrate across a microbial floc
obtained in activated sludge unit".

I shall be using confocal microscope. I am trying to
learn its operation all by myself and through the
manual. However, it will be better if I can take help
from a book which is meant for a beginners like me.

If anyone of you can suggest me any such book or a
web-site where they give oline lessons, I shall be
very grateful.

Bhuwan
