I should add that it is very easy to set up anonymous FTP service on OS/2 Warp
Connect (which is the version you must have to run FTP). The advantage of
doing this is that your users can log onto the OS/2 machine from their remote
locations, and the file transfers can be done without tying up the
computer which is running the confocal microscope. That is, you can acquire
data while the files are being transfered.
