I attach a protocol written for the use of Photoshop to overlay Leica confocal images. The first step(action) is the conversion of files to RGB and you may stop there if you don't need the overlay. The Word file contains the instructions. I usually use MetaMorph for this same purpose.
Hope this helps!

Does anybody know how I can (easily?!) convert my multiple channel Leica
stacks (.exp format) to rgb stacks, so that I can use the zeiss image
browser. I tried to write a Photoshop Macro, but I'm not very talented.
