Dear all:
I was wondering if someone has had any good experience labeling plant vacuoles SPECIFICALLY and preferably with a non-blue excited dye (in other words, with something that emits longer than red, double labeling with green-emited probe is a must).
Many thanks in advance for any help
Jose
