Dear all,

Taking this thread a little further, does anyone have a good protocol for
resin-embedding GFP tagged tissue? Ethanol or acetone dehydration kills
the GFP fluorescence at around 95% level, even after paraformaldehyde
fixation, so we were thinking of using anti-GFP to localise it. But if
there is a method for preserving GFP fluorescence for thick (1-2 micron)
sectioning, I would love to hear about it.

Thanks much,

Rosemary White
