Yes.  We've published images of triple-labeled (Bodipy, rhodamine, and
Cy5) nerve axons in that size range, and not seen discernable shift in
the x-y plane.  However, that was done using tissue mounted in DPX and
an 1.4 na oil-immersion lens.
