I had the guys in our machine shop make an adaptor to replace the SLR
bayonet mount on our IX-70. A standard c-mount fits on this adaptor and
holds the digital camera (a Kodak MDS290). Use the camera zoom to fill the
field and adjust focus through the camera, it works fine for routine
things. I'm currently getting adaptors for a Nikon Coolpix990 and Canon
ZR25mc video camera.
