As a coincidence, I would also like a lens of this type, but the one that is
phase-capable.  The one I had in mind would be marked 'PH4' and be matched
to a Nikon phase condenser with the appropriate phase rings, which I am also
searching for.  These were originally designed for the Labophot and
Optiphot, but I can make them work on my Diaphot.

And yes, vendor and private replies are welcome.
