First:

"Thank you" to all who sent an answer concerning the combination nipkow disc
system - ccd camera.

But:

still a question remains: has someone of you experiences with an INTENSIFIED
ccd camera attached to a nipkow disc microscope? It does cost a little bit
more than a "simple" cooled ccd camera - is it worth?
