Apropos adapters for digital cameras -- does anyone know of (and maybe
recommend) a microscope adapter for the Cannon G2?

More generally, are there adapters that adapt to standard camera filter
threads. For example, on my G2, I have a Tiffen filter adapter for 43 mm
threaded filters. I also can adapt to 49mm filters (which are quite common).
It would seem simple to make a microscope adapter that attached to
those threads and has an ocular that put a virtual image somewhere convenient
(eg, infinity, or anywhere within the focus range of the camera).

Before I make my own, I would be interested in hearing from people who
have solutions that would work with the G2 (commercial replies welcome).
