take a silikon tube, wire it around a zylinder with the radius of your
objective, fix it with silikone, wait until dry (12-24h) and then you can use
it in combination with a heatable water bath containing a pump.


advatage: cheap and easy


disadvantage:


The room temperature has to be stable, if the temperature is regulated due to
a sensor inside the waterbath, place the waterbath not on the same table as
the microscope, avoid airbubbles...




2. buy a heater as available at your microscope dealer


for example Zeiss, tempcontrol.
