Yes, I had this configuration with the Leica color camera, which didn't work properly.  We traded it in for the b/w variant, which gives better sensitivity for fluorescence, but the system still had problems which could not be resolved.  In the end they took it back and we got a SPOT RT with the refund.  The SPOT is much better, but still struggles with dimmer fluorescence signals.

I know where you can get an unused Roper Quantix camera (KAF1401E) if you want to save money on a better camera and are prepared to mess with setting it up yourself.

The microscope itself is excellent.
