Postdoctoral/Research Assistant Professor Position Available

A position as a Postdoctoral Research Associate or Research
Assistant Professor in the Department of Cell and Developmental
Biology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine is
available for an individual interested in working on existing
projects and developing new live cell imaging projects as they
apply to cardiovascular development and disease. The successful
candidate will be given the opportunity to develop his or her own
research program over the next 2-3 years.  The primary live cell
imaging system available in the Department is the AttoBioscience
CARV system. In addition to the CARV system a full range of other
equipment including laser capture microdissection, real time PCR,
FACS, mass spectrometry and light, confocal and electron
microscopy is available for the development of a research program
in the Department.
