Alice,

Please consider our software for your application.

There are many details on the types of measurements we can make on our webpage,
along with a listing of the software features. Please note that deconvolution
and 3D rendering ARE INCLUDED.
Here is a link to the webpage: http://www.mvia.com/IASoftware/ia_software.html

If you would like to take a look at some of our 3D rendered movies, check out
this page of our website:
http://www.mvia.com/ExtFocus/ext_focus.htm
You can make these types of 3D renderings with OR WITHOUT a confocal
microscope. You can achieve these results even with a standard light
microscope!

Please feel free to call/email me if you have any questions or would like to
discuss your application further.

Thank you for your time & consideration.

Thanks!
Jim Haley

We are concerned primarily with quantitation (including object counting in multiple colors, etc) but also are interested in deconvolution and 3D-rendering. We currently use ImageJ and old versions of AutoDeblur and ImageSpace (Molecular Dynamics). We have $$ now and need some suggestions about software that we should be testing. Could you send me your current recommendations and gripes? Perhaps if you send comments to me directly ([log in to unmask]) we won't cloud up the network with discussions that may have occurred before. Thanks.
