Dear list members,

is anybody aware of a type of beads capable to generate sufficient contrast
for transmitted light PSF generation for deconvolution? The beads should be
compatible with embedding media of 1.4 to 1.5 refractive index (some media
probably glycerol based).

What would be the minimum size of such beads for 1.3 to 1.4 NA objectives?

Guenter
