Hi, Peter,

Our first yeart we charged $25/hr,which barely covered the cost of the
service contract.  When the price of the service conract increased, we
raised our fee to $35/hr which covers the cost of the service conract  plus
a little extra for supplies.  None of our users have complained that this
fee is exhorbitant.

Hi,

Our facility has just installed a LSM 510, and we're trying to determine 
a fee schedule for it. I thought a good start might be to get an idea of 
what other facilities, on average, charge per hour for assisted use on 
this equipment, ergo, what the going rate is in an academic setting.
