hello every one!

I have diluted tetraspeck beads by water but water has extracted all
the dyes from the beads and I can't see the beads any more.I need to
dilute the beads in order to insert them in to a leaf and also animal
cells to measure in situ PSF, do you know any type of diluting
solution that I can use?
