Hi
My wife is in the process of setting up live imaging in mice using multiphoton
microscopy and would like to capture the inflammatory host response to
bacterial infection. She has done similar studies in kidney and used
labeled dextran-molecules and also hoechst staining to differentiate different
cell types, but she would like to know if there are others/more specific probes.

If you have any suggestions of how to label for example gut epithelium,
neutrophils, macrophages and dendritic cells during multiphoton in vivo imaging
of live mice she would be very grateful.

Many thanks in advance!
Goran
