There's a couple of new plugins for imageJ, I've tried the spectral version,
works quite well.

I generated the psfs using bob dougherty's psf diffraction plugin.

Hello all,

Is there any deconvolution software or program that I can use in order
to do the deconvolution with in situ PSFs?

Thanks in advanced
Sarah
