UCSD is not in Canada, but Roger Tsien lists TagRFP-T as a standard
construct that can be requested at
http://www.tsienlab.ucsd.edu/Samples/Constructs.htm -- see
http://www.tsienlab.ucsd.edu/Samples.htm for instructions.

p.s. according to www.jcat.de the TagRFP-T (Genbank EU582019) is not
mammalian codon optimized (also appear the case of many other FP's whose
sequences I've tried).
