So I managed to decode the base64 encoded message here

(you might want to turn that off in your email client?
or maybe the list admins can make the mailserver treat base 64 encoded messages properly in digest mode?

I received a query from a faculty member I've never met before (located in central Mississippi) regarding performing colocalization analysis.  I prefer to do service work for people that I can meet in person (makes solving problems SO much easier).  Can anyone recommend a lab/expert that's a little closer to Jackson, MS than Tucson, AZ?

So you want to suggest an eye to eye contact....
Skype can certainly help there....
but there is nothing like a well posed experimental hypothesis and some sample data
for getting started.
