Hi Alessandro,
I only managed to such stuff with live data mode-additional software that Leica sells.
But, i am not sure timing will be precise enough for you.... Better try it with a demo dongle

Good luck!
Katja

Dear all,
in order to synchronise the acquisition with external detectors, I would
need to add a delay after each position in a multi point time series using a
Leica SP5 confocal microscope.

I would like to create a list of positions with the mark and find tool. Then
setup a time lapse with the followins sequence:

1. move to next position (position 1 if start of loop)
2. acquire image
3. wait N seconds
4. loop to 1 until all position scanned
5. wait T minutes
6. loop to 1 until all time frames acquired

We have the last version of LAS AF compatible with the SP5. Do you know if
this is possible?

Cheers,

Alessandro
