Hi,

I was wondering if someone has information about the size limit of
diffusion of molecules across the cell membrane once the cells are fixed.
I know antibodies can't go cross the membrane but small dyes can enter the
cell once the cell is just fixed with PFA. However I was vondering what
was the size cut-off

Thank you

JP
